I was included in all discussions relating to my care both pre and post op. Every aspect was explained clearly and patiently and to be able to see and have explained scans and X-rays was excellent. The surgeon and anaesthetist were highly professional and absolutely charming. I felt safe and had complete confidence in their care. I have nothing but the greatest respect for this brilliant and highly skilled surgeon.
