I just want to leave some words of thanks for Dr Scaffardi and the team at East Bridgford Medical Centre. Dr Scaffardi saw me for a face to face appointment in the middle of the COVID pandemic (with appropriate PPE) and sorted out my running injury. I appreciate that my problem was a lot less important than coronavirus and the many other medical problems he was seeing that week. However, it was important to me and Dr Scaffardi put himself out to make sure they problem was sorted out. That included contacting the hospital to ensure the appropriate scan was done when I initially faced an indefinite delay. Thanks to Dr Scaffardi and the team!

I have found this Dr. to listen, diagnose and explain efficiently. I have used the telephone system with him which saves time all round. When I have asked for a referral he has written/contacted where necessary. He always greets me with a smile although he may not feel like it on a busy day! I have confidence in him which is very important.
