I took my baby daughter to see Dr Tippin when she was only 2 weeks old. She woke one morning with a high fever. She wasn't feeding and was very agitated. I knew instantly that something was wrong and was fortunate enough to get her seen that very morning at the Frome branch of Beckington Family practice. Dr Tippin could see that something was very wrong and referred her to Bath RUH for further investigation. On arrival at the hospital we stayed for a couple of days during which time her fever was managed and various tests were performed. We were later told that she had viral meningitis. During our stay at hospital Dr Tippin called me to ask after my daughter. He was clearly very worried about her and wanted to find out how she was. It was a scary time for us but thankfully she made a full recovery and I am grateful for the excellent care that my daughter received. Dr Tippin is an excellent Dr and clearly cares a great deal for his patients.
