Dr Tanner has always been helpful and supportive. His manner is friendly and he offers constructive and concise advice. Sometimes he can appear dismissive and he doesn't suffer timewasters. He is mostly relaxed and always appears genuinely interested in his patient, but, as we all do, he can appear tired and slow after a long surgery.
