i've been having problems with my neck, but he is unable to help me with that problem, (not his fault, i had a biopsy done on my tongue and the 2 are linked, once my tongue is fully healed the problem with my neck will go), but I will sing his praises as he was able to do something, no one and i mean no one has been able to do in 6 years, he made me laugh and it was a real belly laugh never mind not laughing in 6 years, i haven't laughed like that in 20 years. he really did make me feel better.

I have been a patient of Dr Shepherd since he began working at this practice. I don't know where I would have been without the help and care he has given me. I have had plenty of problems and have lost count the number of times I have been to him for help. He has always made me feel at ease and given me the best advice. He never rushes me . I think Dr Cloaks practice is the best and Dr Shepherd is a great asset to this practice. Also the receptionists are really helpful. Keep up the good work.

a great doctor with care dignity and understanding, will listen offer advice,discuss problems, nothing is too difficult, i would hate to loose him from my practice, he is gentle and kind, understands and goes that extra mile to ensure the care given is the best, he tries very hard to make you well and comfortable, a person you can trust with your deepest problems and if he does not know he makes that extra effort so rarely seen in some GP's i would trust my life with him. a kind and caring man not mant GP's alike him one i can trust
