My daughter (3yrs old) has seen Dr Rob Ross Russell on 2 occasions at Addenbrookes, the 1st was during a routine Paediatric review, my daughter instantly liked him which was amazing in its self as (like most children) takes a few minutes to warm up to anyone new. The 2nd time (today) he was performing a Bronchoscopy. On both occasions he has been fantastic. His explanations are clear and not too clinical, his manner is understanding, warm and professional, he certainly made me feel as if my daughter was in very safe hands. As this was the 1st time my daughter has had any kind of hospital procedure or general anaesthetic, I had worries (hidden behind the poker face of course) but he put me at ease. Thank you.
