I found this doctor unhelpful and not sympathetic, masked by a polite and cold attitude. I would avoid another consultation with him.

This doctor is excellent, the first GP that I've had in a long time who practises in a Caring, efficient , Compassionate sympathetic manner. He's totally dedicated . This is the type of family GP that I became used to growing up as a child. He even visited me on his day off! Something not heard of or seen for many years. Wish there were more like him. A shining example of how GP 's should practise . ( even in today's overstretched NHS ) Thank you Dr Newby.

I saw this Doctor when he was at the Letchworth Garden City Surgery and I have to say that he was the first Doctor who really listened to me, read my notes and put forward some helpful suggestions. If Knebworth wasn't so far away I would be on his patient list like a shot. I recommend him as a caring, knowledgeable Doctor.
