Ask to see someone else. I had the worst experience from a dr I’ve ever experienced after and ent referral to Dr Koefman.
He was rude, didn’t really listen to me and hasn’t helped in any way. Even if nothing can be done to resolve a problem empathy and reassurance go a long way and I received neither of these.
I also had suction in my ear for the first time without any warning or explanation beforehand.
I gained nothing from my appointment and left feeling worse.

Dr Koefman saw my son today with a sore painful side of his face which turned out to be a middle ear infection. He was professional, courteous and caring. An asset to the practice

On my first visit he was quite rude. My wife who came with me was also shocked at his manner. On my follow up visit he was a totally different character. Possibly due to the fact he didn't sort out the problem the first time.

I wouldn't bother, ask to see another doctor. He just doesn't really listen, no eye contact. You have to push for a referrral even if you have Private Healthcare.

I am pleased to have Dr Koefman as my GP. He is very professional. Consultations are efficiently conducted; neither he nor I waste time in getting to the point and I am never disappointed with the outcome. He is readily aware of my personal circumstances and acts accordingly to address me and my wife’s needs. He is honest and up front, which suits me fine, but that might seem blunt to others. He always follows up when he says he will.
