We met Dr Robert Corser, for the first time, 6 days ago. He gave my husband and I over an hour of unconditional positive regard and was very honest and reassuring. He has telephoned us 3 times (about 7pm) on each working day since then to update us following scans and blood tests. What an amazing man!
