Dr Berks is an amazing GP, who really does care, he shows empathy and does his absolute best to make sure you don't get lost in the system when you aren't well. I have a very rare chronic condition, which attacks most systems in my body. Treating it involves 3 different hospitals, 5 consultants and lots of different opinions and plans. I spend a lot of time feeling very lost. Dr Berks literally plugs all the holes, joins up all the dots, is calm and reacts quickly to prevent me becoming acutely unwell. I would literally have been very lost and consequentially depressed without his care. He has been a rock to stand on whilst I have been out to sea and stopped me drowning. I am eternally grateful, without his understanding I'm not sure I would have been able to get through this. Thank you so much
