Dr Stümpfle was very thorough in his pre operative assessment and the short procedure went very smoothly. He was very calm and reassuring and I felt completely confident I was in extremely safe hands. I had a query in the days following the procedure and he was most helpful, responding straightaway and answering my question in detail.
