Really nice guy, great explanation of problem, excellent overall advice going forward and good treatment. Whilst he did some minor surgery we had an excellent discussion about the NHS and his candid responses were much appreciated helping me to understand how difficult it was to meet certain expectations and how my understanding of a couple of issues was not correct. He did not defend those in the profession who thought they joined a 9-5 job.
