This doctor gave my disabled, elderly aunt of limited mobility an appointment time which took her a great deal of effort and for which she went through a lot of pain to get to. An hour after she was supposed to be seen, she was informed Dr Sheaves would be unable to see her and she would have to rebook. This is a disgraceful way to treat a 70 year old diabetic with multiple ailments for whom getting to the hospital took a great deal of planning, effort and pain.
