Dr Russell has been a Consultant Physician since 2003 having trained at Guy's Hospital and The Royal Brompton. He has a PhD from Imperial College and is an Honorary Senior Lecturer there. Dr Russell is the Editor in Chief of the International Journal of COPD and has interests in all respiratory disease but especially COPD, Asthma and managing care across boundaries. He is married with one daughter and two dogs.
