Dr Russell , has so far managed my condition with empathy and shown excellent skills in the provision of diagnosis and care. He is personable and gives time to respond to patients questions with plain language that a layman can understand .
I am grateful to Dr Russell for his well considered advices and ongoing attention to my welfare .
One feels at ease with Dr Russell and even when there are serious concerns about my condition he endeavoured , successfully , to counter this by discussion. He also has a wide knowledge of the use and effects of appropriate medication .
