Dr Richard is a credit to the NHS and Heartlands Hospital. My child was taken to the neonatal ward due to a nasty infection and was treated by Dr Richard and few other doctors. I felt Dr Richard explained everything very clearly and listened to our concerns. We were able to feel comfortable asking questions and were reasurred by Dr Richard. The time my child was at the ward was a very difficult time for me but I felt my child is in safe hands in the hands of Dr Richard and other doctors on the ward. Dr Richard always asked how I am and how my baby is doing which made me feel supported and cared for. And whenever we had questions Dr Richard always stopped and listened to us and answered any questions. I would like to say Thank you to Dr Richard and all the staff at neonatal. All their hard work is appreciated. NHS at its best. Can not thank you all enough for bringing my baby back into my arms.
