I am so thankful for the care Dr Mupanemunda has given to my daughter over the last few weeks. He is very compassionate and always answers all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. We feel very lucky that we live in an area which he has introduced phototherapy at home to, as this has reduced the time we've spent in hospital and enabled us to bond as a family.

Richard was reassuring and explained the situation clearly to us. He answered all of our questions and made us feel listened to, which other members of staff prior to our daughter's discharge did not do. He made us feel that he is taking the situation seriously and that he is proactively looking for solutions.

Dr Richard has gave my son the best care from day one till now nearly 3 years on, He has answered all of our questions and explained everything thoroughly and in a way that reassured us. He spent plenty of time with us ensuring everything was Checked. He has reassured me and we feel like my son has had the best care available, he is always kind, caring and compassionate. I couldn't have asked for any think more from him, thank you for doing so such for our son.
