Richard is a very calming influence in an otherwise difficult and confusing time. He made us feel at ease, answered all our questions and explained every step of the procedure. He pointed out what we were looking at and what he was looking for. Was brilliant with our little girl and keeping her calm. Would thoroughly recommend if anyone else was unfortunate enough to be in our position
