He explained everything to me in a way that i was able to understand why my child was still looking yellow even though he is 28 days old. He spent time with us and didnt just rush to get the blood sample off my baby. He ensured that the baby was ok before he started the tests. He made sure i was happy and that my other 2 children that were with me was ok to. This doctor was very friendly and helpful and ensured that everyone within my family knew what was going on.
