I am in great admiration for the great service that this Doctor provided me and my daughter. He is extremely compassionate and understanding of the situation that we faced and put our needs at the forefront. It became apparent immediately that his clinical knowledge was above and beyond any other consultant that I have spoken to. He clearly explained what the diagnosis on the day and drew diagrams for me to take away so I could digest the information at home. The exceptional aspect of this Doctor was that he organised a swift heart scan and notified me of this within a few hours of leaving the hospital. When I arrived I was panicking but he put dealt with all my fears in a respectful and conscise manner. He was considerate and dealt with me in a manner that boosted my confidence in our Health system. I feel that without his intervention my daughter may have had issues that may never have been detected. A real asset to the NHS and to Heartlands Hospital.
