Dr Mupanemunda has been looking after my premature baby on the NICU at Heartlands. He has been very empathetic, caring and thorough in his care towards my baby and to us as her parents. He always takes time to explore any concerns we may have and it really feels as though he is listening and taking on board what we are saying regarding her care. He is very gentle and we and our baby have had exemplary care from him as a result.
