We couldn't be happier with the care that we have received from Dr Richard Mupanemunda. This doctor has gone above and beyond to make sure that we fully understand everything relating to our sons care. It has never been a problem to answer all of our many questions and even repeat his answers when we have needed a bit of reassurance. Continuity of care is something that is extremely important to us and Dr Richard Mupanemunda has been the doctor looking after our son since he was in special care. We are so comfortable with this wonderful doctor as he always makes a special effort to ensure that we know he remembers us personally. We have never felt like 'just another patient' with him, he takes time and care to get to know his patients (and their parents). Heartlands hospital is not our local hospital and on several occasions we have had the offer to move our sons care to our local hospital and refused, the only reason for this refusal is because we would no longer be under the care of Dr Richard Mupanemunda, he is a credit to Heartlands hospital.
