Everytime I have seen Richard he has been absolutely fantastic and listened to everything I told him, I saw him last year because I have severe joint pain and exhaustion and he listened to me then referred me to a rheumatologist and for the 1st time in 16 years I actually have a proper diagnosis for my condition and I'm receiving the care that I should have had after being under the care of countless other GP's!
I will forever be grateful to him for this.
