Dr Knottenbolt made me feel totaly at ease, and expained the procedure in easy to understand terms.
The procedure was undertaken with the greatest of professionalism, care and attention to my welbeing throughout.
In addition to the above I was particularly impressed with the controls and procedures in place to ensure that the surgery is and remains COVID secure, and I felt entirely safe and at ease throughout my visit.
