This doctor looks at previous notes, and in the context of a phone consultation made me feel listened to. He gives sound advice and referred me for the necessary treatment and test. He also check the test results carefully and has repeats done if needed

This GP shows so much empathy. He listens and involves his patients with any treatments going forward. Cannot praise him enough.
