Mr Griffiths listened to me and took into account my wishes and point of view. He kept me informed of what he was doing and communicated well with me throughout the procedure. He made me feel very relaxed.

I found Dr Richard Griffiths to be very professional, personable and a friendly face. I had clear instructions and answers for my surgical procedure and gave me the confidence to proceed.
A far cry of a simular operation I had undergone in 1982 where you felt you was on a conveyer belt with no human face to give you time to ask what to expect.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Richard Griffiths very much.

Treated me very friendly and very understanding of my fears and concerns.
I received spinal anaesthesia which relieved all my fears of having to have general anaesthetic, and was continually reassuring whilst administering the anaesthetic.
