Dr Blakey has great listening skills and makes his patient feel at ease and able to talk about whatever concerns the patient about their health. He goes the extra mile to meet his patient's needs. The only thing that I would change is the length of appointments generally - and the number of days that he is able to work at the practice as he is a definite asset to the Hailsham community.

Dr Blakey has an inspiring and rare combination of vast and inciteful knowledge and a receptive and responsive manner with patients. He took the time to explain my mother's illness and treatment plan to her in language that she could easily understand, without being paternalistic or undermining her intelligence. He is an excellent doctor and gives sound advice.
