I rang for a non urgent appointment (Knee joint problems) with the practise, I was given an appointment with Dr Richard Bensa on the same day, after a thorough consultation and examination I was referred for an X-Ray , within 48 hours I had an appointment at X-ray west Derriford, I was at Derriford for no more than 30 minutes , the following day I had a call to arrange an appointment with an orthopaedic specialist in May ... Now that is Good Service ...Many thanks Andrew Wood
