I have nothing but praise for Dr Benjafield and all his colleagues at Peverell Park Surgery. I visited the surgery in early October as I was suffering with "bronchial" asthma , I had put this visit off for too long hoping that it would improve by just taking inhalers. The charming receptionist said she was unable to give me an appointment that day , it was 3.30pm, but that she would get the duty doctor to ring me at home within the hour. The phone duly rang just as I got home, 4.00 pm ish, and after a short consultation arranged an appointment for 5.30 pm that day. Dr Benjafield prescribed a course of pills and by 6.15 pm I'd taken my first dose. In less than 3 hours I'd been put on the road to recovery, fantastic service. My breathing had improved dramatically within a week. I would like to thank all at Peverell Park surgery to getting me back "fighting fit".
