Dr. Aspinall recalled we had met previously this being upwards of ten year ago which was impressive. He explained everything fully and clearly gave me time to ask any questions. Throughout procedure he explained what he was doing and reasons for doing it I felt fully informed and confident in his work. Reassurance was given there and then on his opinion of outcome and again I had trust in his work. His written report was as such I could understand, free from jargon and gave me all the information I needed in next steps and plan going forward.

Always wanting to help, cares, understands what you are going through and listens. Answers all questions, even if it's not what you want to hear, but in my book honesty is best. Only critisim on this department is the waiting time to be seen.
