Waited nearly 3 months to finally get a telephone call from 'my GP' and was urged by the DWP and also a long term family friend who deals with people suffering similar conditions to mine. Both personally called my doctor surgery to express their concerns about my mental health and general well-being. Dr Reshma Weaver lacked compassion and at times respect, making me feel from the offset that I was wasting her time. She was brief, distant and rude who needs a lesson is social skills and listening skills. I could have been suicidal, she wasn't at all interested. Such a disappointment.

I went to Dr. Reshma Weaver a few times, because I was suffering greatly from a medical issue. Each time Dr. Weaver was dismissive and she has never once got up from her seat to check my vitals. Her treatment itself was below par and my suffering continued. Her interpersonal skills are also poor, and she never made me feel at ease and sometimes she is outright patronizing. For future appointments I began requesting appointments with the other doctors at Woodlane Surgery, even if it meant waiting longer, and I received better care. They checked my vitals, listened to me and gave me effective treatment for which I am grateful.
