Dr Shah is very helpful and professional.
However I am never seen on time and waiting time can be at least 20 mins.

Dr Shah never rushes you, however busy she is. She is thorough and always willing to refer you should she feel it necessary. I have always found her very easy to deal with and she never makes you feel you are wasting her time . I have been at this practice for about 35 years now and find all the doctors , nurses and receptionists very helpful.
