I logged a request for a call with my regular GP at Paxton but got Rebecca Whitnall instead as mine was too tied up for a same day callback. Rebecca neither looked over my notes/history before calling, nor asked me questions about any of it before proceeding to be aggressively dismissive to the point unhelpful. I have zero confidence that anything she told me was either correct or even in my best interest as, at several points she directly contradicted advice from my regular GP and she has left me with no treatment plan, no options and very little idea of what to do next. Have already requested a call back from a different doctor and am considering changing my practice if this is the kind of GP and patient care that Paxton is now considering acceptable.
