This doctor was a locum at our surgery and on my first visit she listened to me, understood my issues and offered me information and advice as well as giving me the medication I needed :) I didn't feel like this was the first time I had seen this doctor or that she was just filling in, neither did I feel I was being fobbed off with the cheapest or easiest option, as has been done :( very nice doctor :)
