Our elderly mother moved from Swindon to a care home in Teignmouth. Unfortunately after a few days her alzheimers / dementia / delirium caused a total behaviour change which was very upsetting for us, the staff and other residents. Dr Chawdhury offered very supportive and professional advice over the telephone and quickly arranged for the psychiatric team to visit and assess our mother. Dr Chawdhury followed through to ensure that our whole family felt supported. We cannot thank Dr Chawdhury enough for being there in our time of crisis.

I am tempted not to recommend her as I want to keep her for myself; but of course that would not be a fair assessment, so I will. I arranged a telephone consultation using an online form. Dr. Chowdhury phoned right on time and on hearing my symptoms arranged a face-to-face appointment within 90 minutes. At the surgery she quickly told me what she suspected was wrong with me and also made arrangements for further tests in case her suspicion was wrong. I felt confident that she would follow up whatever was found. I did not feel rushed and Dr. Chowdhury made time to ask about my home life and general disposition.
