What a waste of time this practise is, the receptionist I talked to was really rude and arrogant. I asked about shielding letter and she made out that she didn't know about such letters, then said her husband cant get one for his asthma and he has to go to work. I was told a week before that letter were to be sent out from the surgery and a list was being compiled, this receptionist said no such letters are being sent out so someone is lying. Why are these receptionists not accountable?

This doctor is without doubt the only doctor I trust. He has helped me through thick and thin and given me a swift kick up the backside when needed. So so sorry to see this doctor leave the practice I use whatever surgery he joins next will gain a true listening caring gentleman who's main aim is to get you well again but in the mean time really care for you . God bless a true giant in his trade, whoever tries to fill his shoes has an impossible task on their hands.
