What a waste of time this practise is, the receptionist I talked to was really rude and arrogant. I asked about shielding letter and she made out that she didn't know about such letters, then said her husband cant get one for his asthma and he has to go to work. I was told a week before that letter were to be sent out from the surgery and a list was being compiled, this receptionist said no such letters are being sent out so someone is lying. Why are these receptionists not accountable?
