Great video call appointment, not rushed at all very informative and advisable. Also gave me the opportunity to ask any questions and left his email address if I need to contact in emergency which is very reassuring for me.
Also blood test labels and urine bottle will be posted out to me so saves me from going into the hospital, very helpful.

Ravi not only understands the medical issues I have but listens to the my feedback and advises what action he thinks should be taken. This action is then agreed with myself before the necessary action is taken. Excellent service !
