I first saw Dr Ratnavel over 20 years ago for mole removal, and my daughter has seen him for acne - his treatment was the only one which worked for her! I visited him again recently for removal of a tumour on my upper eyelid - he explained the procedure thoroughly and was gentle throughout - there is no visible scar whatsoever! I have lived in USA for the past 8 years where I have had a few basal cell carcinomas - I have absolute trust that Dr Ratnavel will find any new ones that might appear. Dr Ratnavel is polite, courteous, knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything to you in layman terms. I cannot recommend him highly enough for all things dermatological.
