I had an otoplasty procedure done by Mr Gupta. Although the positioning of my ears are good, I am now left with both ears looking unnatural. This was due to destruction of the cartilage through scoring, which is unfortunately irreversible. I have a bumpy and sharp result which I am truly disappointed with. He was very rude and dismissive when discussing how I felt about my results. I would advise going to a different surgeon which does not use the scoring method, to reduce the risk of having a similar outcome.
