I missed an appointment for the very first time with Dr Drury in ten years as I completely forgot the date.
Dr Drury actually phoned my home to enquire if I was ok when he realised I was not at the surgery.
In my view this is absolutely incredible !!! How many doctors during a busy surgery would take the time to call a patience who had missed an appointment !
I cannot speak too highly of this doctor.
