overall I was happy with this consultation. but it was part of the walk in appointments which are being scrapped by I believe the doctors own disliking of the system. I don't think it was very good for patients either. I was not there long but the doctor was attentive and agreed a course of action I was happy with. he has a pleasant manner and dealt with me efficiently and politely. I cant suggest improvements with the walk in system as this will no longer pertain. I am not so worried about seeing the same doctor each time but one who listens and has time to explain fully what he thinks the problem(s) is and what the sequence of actions is, so the patient is reassured.
