From consultation to receiving treatment by Dr Shah I found him to be most attentive & caring, this in turn gave me utmost confidence in his ability to perform the procedure to improve my digestive problem in the lower oesophagus/ Achalasia by Botox injection. Dr Shah discovered a tumour in my oesophagus during an endoscopy. Although he was officially finished with me then as I would be passed on to the cancer team he was happy for me to contact him with any concerns and questions. He was able to push things along when everything slowed down. Dr Shah is probably the easiest Dr to talk to that I have ever met and I always felt he was completely on my side.

Dr Shah has gone above and beyond to help get to the bottom of my Ulcerative Collitis conditions. I have been fast-tracked through many waiting lists in order to investigate the condition during a flare up. Dr Shah not only clearly knows his stuff and is an expert in his field, but he genuinely cares for his patients and wants what is best for them taking into consideration their needs and daily lifestyle. Whilst being incredibly professional, I feel completely comfortable discussing my symptoms and concerns with Dr Shah in a relaxed, informal and friendly manner.
