Dr Shah is someone who on first meeting puts you at ease straight away he doesn’t talk down to you but listens and in a calm conversant way sums up the situation clearly and explains what has to be done. When he did my colonoscooy and endoscopy he gave me confidence and put me at ease with his kind and gentle approach. When we were held up in a terrible traffic jam one evening we arrived very late for our appointment. Dr Shah was walking down the corridor ready to leave when he spotted my wife his patient a little flustered and he recognised her immediately. He returned with us to his consulting room retrieved her records from his file and proceeded with his consultation as if nothing had happened putting us at ease instantly. Dr Shah is very professional in his approach but you don’t feel a need for deference and he has a great deal of empathy.

A very charming gentleman who puts you at your ease immediately - he was also able to diagnose my daughters medical problem in the first visit (following 4 weeks of GP and A&E visits) and even more importantly prescribe the right treatment. I have also had instant responses to questions I only thought of after a visit which is really helpful and reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Looking for the right consultant from a list provided by your insurer is daunting for the layperson. If Dr Shah is on your list be grateful & happy. A relaxed & reassuring specialist who takes time to listen & then explain in simple terms, making sure he has understood symptoms. An initial consultation, examination & tests plus follow up results were handled efficiently & with real consideration. Thank you

This doctor was very professional he gave me acturat advice he could have invoice me double but he did nothe took the time to see me short notice and did not carryout a procedure that would have cost me £2000 asking me to wait for the NHS appointment I had a real gentlemen who knows his stuff
