Sorry Dr Bhalla is retiring after 30 years he will be a great miss. I don’t think the reception staff will miss him,they did not like him, he kept them on their toes.

I have to say Dr Bhalla has been wonderful over the 30 years he has been in the practice. I personally would like to wish him and Julie a happy retirement, sorry you are leaving. I think you are leaving at the right time the practice is going downhill, I have already told practice manager/partner Debbie Hamilton what I thought of the practice,she was not happy, she needs to take receptions staff under control,

I was recommended to see Dr Bhalla as he is a doctor who specialises in Diabetes. I have been pre diabetes for a year or more. When I went for my yearly check I was on the line which is pre diabetes or type 2 diabetes with my HbA1c level at 48. After my consultation with Dr Bhalla he gave me the support needed to bring this level down and gave me a month to do so. With determination I brought this down to 44 which is classed as pre diabetes if your HbA1c level is between 42-48. With Dr Bhalla's encouragement and continued support I am on my way to beating this and he recommended I see a dietician. When next I see Dr Bhalla I am hoping to be a stone or 2 lighter and not be in the pre diabetes range. Thanks GE

My appointment was to check on my diabetes. He was very friendly and informative. He turned his computer around so I could see my results, and he explained them all to me. I feel this appointment is important as I was identified as a higher risk of heart disease. I was given information regarding statins and decided to start to take them straight away. Also was given a blood test forms to check my levels in 6 wks time. I first thought this appointment was a waste of time, as I had just came out of appointment with a health care assistant. I told Dr. Bhalla, I was pleased I stayed to see him. As my medication was reviewed, results checked and advice given to get online to get active. Well done Dr. Bhalla, very good service given today.!!!!
