My sister has been under this Doctor’s care and I cannot express how grateful I am to him and his team. Thank goodness that we have these skilled caring professionals in our hospitals. Thank you Dr Pradeep.

I work as junior colleague to Dr Pradeep and would say he is very approachable and I always learn a lot on the wards when he is around. He is very thorough and takes time to listen to colleagues opinions and concerns. He also shares interesting journals or relevant new guidelines to encourage discussion and learning on the ward. I have enjoyed working with him and found him to be a very supportive consultant.

Dr Pradeep is looking after me brilliantly, i feel he is in control, not only of my respiratory care, but can offer reason where there is doubt as to cause and effect of poor health. He must be a well regarded doctor, in a highly respected team. I'm very impressed with his ability to communicate feeling over the phone, this can be difficult, but given the climate we find ourselves in, preferable. There are times for face to face consultations, I will look forward to this. I consider, I'm very lucky to be is his care, and under the Respiratorycare Team. Thank you team, thank you Dr Pradeep.

I was admitted to the William Harvey Hospital at the end of October 2021 with a very severe exacerbation of asthma. After spending a very scary couple of weeks in ITU I was eventually moved down to the respiratory ward where I found myself under the care of Dr. Pradeep. I was still incredibly unwell and having further exacerbations, that he dealt with in a reassuring, swift, and confident manner. Dr. Pradeep was the most approachable Doctor I have ever found myself under the care of. He left no stone unturned and was extremely thorough. He investigated a whole host of what appeared to be unrelated and previously overlooked symptoms that had appeared whilst I was in ITU. He organised further tests and arranged for me to be seen by other specialties during my admission, which resulted in me being diagnosed with an unusual (non-respiratory) condition, which he then also treated. He did his ward rounds with the junior doctors in the mornings and genuinely listened to you. He answered all of your questions, repeated things you didn’t understand, and explained what he was going to do, and what the plan was for your care. My case required him to liaise with a tertiary, specialist hospital who usually dealt with my care. He included me with these discussions and then always made sure he followed up in writing with them by email, including all the other respiratory consultants to ensure everyone knew the current plan. He would always offer to phone my husband and explain what was happening, and I saw on many occasions him phone the family of other patients to update them on their loved one’s condition. I was under the care of Dr. Pradeep for around 4 weeks, and could not have asked for a more compassionate, caring, conscientious consultant to have been looking after me and I always had complete confidence in him. If he said he was going to do something, he always did it. I genuinely wish that there were more doctors in this world that were like Dr. Pradeep, because in my opinion his bedside manner, clinical skills, and genuine care & compassion for his patients are miles above any other care that I have received previously. Thank you once again Dr. Pradeep!

Dr Rajagopalan was my consultant for many weeks in the respiratory department at William Harvey Hospital, Ashford. He is a very thorough physician and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to patient care. He has always been very supportive to other members of staff on the ward and is very approachable for any queries we may have. He always gets very involved with his patients and takes great interest in following his patients up and checking in that they are recovering and recuperating during their time on, and even after they have left, the ward. He is a very caring and compassionate man and I am happy to have worked with him.
