Having had terrible patient care from what I can only term old-school doctors in my home town, I was nervous about moving to a practice that had such a large patient group once I had moved house. I needn't have worried, Dr Shah has been nothing short of fantastic on the rare occasions I have needed to visit. She is empathetic, listens even when she only has ten minutes and is really responsive to you when you talk through your concerns and / or proposed treatment plan. She doesn't strike me as having a 'medicine cures all' approach which I think is refreshing and I always ask to see her if necessary. My only other experience of doctors at this surgery is Dr Fall who has now left (a shame because she was also excellent) and Dr Ilyas, which I will only say I echo the other review of her on this site.
