I left feeling so angry! The communication skills of this person are low to zero. I was talked over, prevented from responding and thus explaining the medical history of which she had not time to familiarise herself with and as this had been my first appointment she would not have prior interactions to relate to. I spoke with neighbours and asked there experiences and they too had found the communication skills lacking. Many occurrence's were relayed, ending in tears, disappointments and mistakes made due to a failure to listen. My first appointment will be my last as I intent to join another surgery.
