Disinterested and/or doesn't listen sufficiently to understand; resulting in an entirely incorrect diagnosis and subsequent advice, culminating in an urgent visit to A&E. My most recent phone consultation, in the absence of seeing the patient/s, further highlights the potential severity of any condition being wholly misdiagnosed solely in this 'modern - telephone call' way of diagnosis/treatment.

Dr Journeaux is a superb clinician. I’m suffer from very severe health anxiety and she has always given me time and support, despite the huge workload she is under. She always messages me with test results, is concise, and she listens. I couldn’t ask for more. Jules

I see Dr Journeaux regularly as a result of my skin condition, which often sees me referred on to Addenbrooke's. I don't find her dismissive at all. She listens, is open to letting me try new medications, and gets to the point straight away, without waffling or chit chat. I suppose some people could call that rather brusque, but I like it.

totally trust this doctor, phoned me at home to give me my test results, listened to my health problems and treated appropriately. I would recommend this doctor.

No 'bedside manner', is very practical and only addresses the symptoms presented without looking at the background and trying to understand the bigger picture. No smiles or warmth - especially dispiriting when taking a teenage daughter with ongoing skin problems, where the other Doctor's have worked so hard to understand her and what is going on. For emergencies or obvious practical problems only..
