I have been a patient of Dr Quentin Parsons for the last three years. I moved from West Kensington to St Margarets in 2008 and stayed with My GP in W. Kensington in the firm belief I would never find a better one. I was wrong. In Autumn 2016, I was very ill indeed so couldn't make the journey to West Kensing-ton. I then asked a doctor friend (a London Consultant cardiologist) to trawl through doctors in Twickenham to find me the best NHS GP after looking into his background. My only condition was that he/she had to be British trained. My friend found Dr Parsons and I have been with him ever since. I cannot fault him. Not only is he is hugely well-informed about the obscurest medical conditions, he is very personable and has a terrific sense of humour, such a bonus for worried patients entering his room fearing the worst. In 2017 I was diagnosed with cancer. At My request, Dr Parsons managed to get me into Mrs Fiona McNeill's clinic at the Royal Marsden, a celebrated female cancer surgeon about whom The Times had published an article. Mrs McNeill told me that Dr Parsons "is a very clever man indeed". Yet he wears his scholarship and expertise lightly. His diagnostic skills are second none. I cannot praise him too highly.
